SmileSoft® company was founded in 1997. Since foundation, our goal was to create a reliable and, at the same time, flexible software that could solve any problem facing our clients. Whether it is a small e-shop or a large telecom operator - we tried that any client could find everything he needs in our products.

To realize our goal, we have created a platform - flexible, reliable, compatible with any equipment. This became the softswitch Smile CTI Server®, the first version of which was developed in 1998, as well as IVR applications development environment Visual CTI ®. Easy to set up a visual interface and support for various data protocols appreciated by telecom operators in Ukraine and CIS countries. Then, in 2004, the Smile IP Contact Center® was created. Originally designed for outsourcing contact center, Smile IPCC ® is designed so that you can easily handle hundreds of tasks and agents dynamically managing business processes of any company. But in business processes are often involved employees who are not contact center agents. To ensure that our customers can combine all communications into a single virtual PBX, in 2008 we developed a Smile IP PBX®.

Currently we have dozens clients in different countries. We are constantly improving our software products and adding new features to help each of our clients to bring their business to a new level. Communication - the most important thing in any business.
